All of our pieces are handcrafted with love and care and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If there’s something wrong with your order please emails us to info@irdia.com and we will get back to you shortly
In order to guarantee that we provide you with quality service please check our return policies:
We accept returns for the first three days after you receive your order. If you want to return your order, please contact us during this period
To request a return please email us to info@irdia.com explaining why you wish to return your item and attach a proof of your purchase
If the item has defects, is damaged or there’s something missing when you receive your order please email us immediately and include pictures
Please allow us 1-2 business days to get back to you with instructions for your return after you request it. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will get back to you as soon as possible
Returns must be done including the original packaging. You are responsible for all shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service in case something wrong happens with your package on the way back
Once we get your item back we will send you a confirmation email and offer you store credit or exchanges. All sales are final. We are not offering refunds at this time

We can’t authorize credit card refunds with your bank
We use USPS as a shipping service. We will send a confirmation email once we ship. We are not responsible for any delays on shipping times and these will not be taken as motives to overwrite our returns policies
